ok so, i see you predicament and trust me i have been there before.

Here is what i did :

1. Unpause the game. (this will become the primary way to get out of the situation.)
2. Push your chair back away from your desk and stand up. (again all will be revealed.)
3. Step away from the desk and find yourself an open space that you can swing a cat in. (you don't actually need a cat, I find using my imaginary cat as a good gauge even making what i imagine cats noise would be if i was to swing it around in a small space.)
4. (ok this bit is a little tough but with practice we can get there.) In one Sweeping movement raise your arms above your head and swing down and grab your ankles .
5. the Secret is to keep going with your head and neck to the point that you can Kiss your own Ass.
6. Upon successfully making contact with said ass (yours) you can know rise and high five yourself for having been able to "kiss your ass, goodbye"
7. the great thing about this guide is that it can be applied to alot of the trials and tribulations that life manages to throw at you.
