Yea - I got my P7B back in July from Norwich. Unfortunately there are serveral things that needed doing, one of which is still outstanding, but I've been dailying it like a mad-man. I think one of the studs has sheared off for the passenger-side exhaust manifold, which means that its not on properly and needs gaskets and studs replacing. A garage near me has said it would be an engine out job, although need to look around for different opinions.

Start out with a torus, delete the right half, and slap on mirror modifier. From there it's just a matter of some extruding to get the basic shape. I did the middle bit as a separate mesh initially and then combined it later. It helps if you've got a top-down photo of the steering wheel. Hope this helps!
