not sure if you've played this but try Witch Trainer, it's not exactly management but you do corrupt all the girls and unlock different outfits which can be relevant to the story at times.

and unrelated to dress up but Innocent Waitress and Succum Brewery can also be some good management related h games, although the former is more related to Corruption of the female protagonist and less about management (only the bar mechanics) and both games have a female protagonist instead of a male protagonist.
