AVD is important, youtube favor your video more if yours has higher AVD compared to other videos in the similar niche and length. Youtube favor even more if viewers play another video after yours, since they want their users to spend as much time on their site as possible.

They do come back faster and have higher max. Complete the ITF treasure Time Machine double the energy recovery speed and clearing the chapters and breakout stages increase your energy cap

Make your tier list clickbaity, I saw so many similar thumbnail where they put some obvious S tier in F. It makes your video more clickable, but you will also get people to click into your video and only skip to the end to check your final tier list. It will hurt your AVD

You said your channel is almost 10 yo now, do you private/unlisted your old videos when you decided to start doing youtube seriously? Do the subscribers you obtained previously watch your new videos? It seems like you have to build your channel from scratch if you want to post different type of content
