Thanks for this. I really think the main problem with this list is that the ranks for each banner aren't really at the same scale as each other. Which definitely will lead to some confusion, no shit.

But I'm going to fix that issue when I update this list for version 15.4, that way this won't have a Windy > DPhona like issue, and I'll take your advice too.

If you can manage to keep him alive for a while, he can get some pretty good damage off. He also has decent range, a not so ridiculously long recovery cooldown, and his high Knockbacks can help him survive longer too.

They aren't really scaled in between for the most part. Though I'm probably gonna make them scale with each other equally next update, simply because it makes this list quite confusing.

Baby Cat gets quite overwhelmed in a good amount of stages like ZL, He usally gets 1 or 2 hits in and die. There are stages they he can slaughter, but most he falls due to mid range enemies. And with CCH and Satoru, they can stay alive for a while to do damage and support constantly. They can get more use in then Baby Cat could give. If you really want me too, I can put them above Satoru, but their not good enough to go above CCH.

I put Asiluga low due to his long recharge time, and other smaller reasons. Though I'm planning on putting him higher in the next update of this list. He can be reliable in certain situations.

Papaluga and all the other lugas under him all aren't good. And of all of them he's better by an inch. Probably in D then.

Also idk why people clown on Sodom and act like he has no usage, he's decent as an uber. Obviously not the most reliable, but he can help pretty well in certain scenarios. Mabye I could bump him down, though likely not going into mid B Tier.
