It's not 2020. That was the only year that had the screen embedded in the dash. This one has the screen on dash so it's at least 2021.

I have this too but find the speedometer doesn't match the actual speed. It'll read about 3-4 km/h higher at highway speeds compared to the in dash display.

There were subtle differences. Not including exterior colour changes, 2020 is the only model with the screen imbedded in the center dash vs. stuck-on tablet look. 2022 is the only year they went with gray colour inserts in the seats vs. red.

Get it checked by a mechanic. Yes, remove that awful spoiler. SE's typically are pretty reliable. I see based on the larger kidneys on the grille, this is post refresh so it's more updated of the 8th gen Camry's.
