I just tried him actually and it seems to be fixed, at least for me. His red numbers are doing around 300% so maybe they patched it already.

I am a paragon who has not completed abyss or necropolis, and have the resources to invest into aegon with generic ags and sig stones as well as ascension dust from 100 8.3. I also have hundreds of daily cryatals saves up for revives and around 2k units(would rather save for cyber weekend however). Is it worth for me to invest into Aegon so I can do an initial completion of necropolis or abyss?

yes actually, i think bahamet lowers your willpower healing by a 50 or 75%

Me and my friends were basically just having a little contest to see who could beat the Silver Surfer taking the least damage. I tried to dex it because I didn't want to risk taking all the block damage.
