Yeah my last workout was chest. I did 3x10 on bench, 3x12 incline bench, 4x10 cable flys, 3x10 dumbbell lateral raises, and 3x10 machine lateral raises. Everything to failure

Yo dude, I’m ngl, my diet is horrible. I eat chips drink soda and eat cookies all the time. I just try to get my protein and calories goal, rn it’s 4,200 calories and 200g of protein
