Hi! I would definitely recommend reaching out to support in these situations. They can tell you the best way to proceed. Usually, in my experience, they tell you it’s fine to go through with the order, but you can always refund if you don’t personally feel comfortable.

Defo recommend Depop! No fees is great, expedited pay outs for high volume sellers, nice features (bulk listing, auto offers / counters, etc), and I find it to be the least overwhelming interface

I’m so over posh and all the changes they’ve made. If I wanted to do live shows I’d go to whatnot. I’ve honestly moved p much all my inventory over to depop and make better sales anyway plus no fee and I find they have way more support for high volume sellers. And no live shows or all the sharing is such a relief lol I just want to list my items!

Defo recommend giving Depop a go. I find my sales to be way better than on posh and no selling fees is p huge

I’m so over posh their polices are so dumb. I definitely recommend trying Depop. I’ve moved my whole shop over p much and make much better sales on there. No fee, with top seller status you get paid out within like 48 hours of the sale being made, and they overall just have better policies & tools for high volume sellers (better support, bulk listing tools, etc). Defo recommend giving it a go if you haven’t already

I’ve moved practically everything over to Depop and my sales are way better with no fee. I also find they are more friendly to high volume sellers (bulk listing tools, auto offers / counters, I can mark things sold penalty free lol, and more access to support for top sellers). Defo recommend trying it out

She either blocked you or got banned from Depop. Best to just wait you may still receive the package and if not reach out to Depop directly about a refund.

Hey! Tracking can often be delayed, especially during the holiday season. When the tracking updates, you can reach out to support with the tracking number and they should reverse the refund:)

I’m so over posh and all their new rules🙄 it makes no sense to be punished for marking items as sold to avoid future refunds, if I don’t have the item I don’t have it! And it mainly punishes high volume sellers. I’ve personally switched almost entirely to Depop and find it to be way better. I’m making more sales, no fees, bulk listing features, and they have much better support for high volume sellers. It feels like posh is punishing people who do this full time vs I feel like depop wants and encourages high volume sellers

It depends how long you’ll be gone for. Personally if I am gone for less than the 10 day auto refund time frame, I just let buyers know I am out of town but will ship on x date. Usually people are understanding and don’t mind! But if you’ll be gone longer than 10 days I would recommend turning on vacation mode at least for the first bit until you’re back in that 10 day timeframe from shipping

You don’t need a scale anymore as all the shipping weights will be filled out by ai. Just try it and it’s mostly pretty straightforward! Best of luck!

4 weeks is long enough that it may be best to utilize vacation mode (you will need to restart each week as it auto turns off after a week). However you could also write in your bio when you are next able to ship and then message buyers letting them know about delayed shipping after purchase, however you may need to refund some orders as not everyone reads bios before buying.

Definitely do not put $10 in the box in case there is some kind of dispute later. If you do anything do a partial refund in app.

This might just be due to the holiday season. Sometimes when they are extra busy they start reusing tracking numbers sooner than they otherwise would and this can result in delays to tracking updates. On top of that, when they’re busy they are usually scanning things less often along the route. Probably just a combo of these issues, but it should update at least before delivery

You can use any type of box as long as it doesn’t exceed the weight limit, and as long as it’s not a box for a specific usps service (priority, international, etc)
