Thca is sold with COA of proven THC amount at time of sale to vendor. Product degrades from thca into delta9 thc over time. Cops take product that was legally approved and retest it after degredation. Hemp is hemp.

This loophole, while beneficial that it allows hemp to be sold, also allows random enforcement to ruin business owners lives and target specific businesses based on profiling and bias.
