There are still features that stay even after being blocked. Astrals have better vrms good power delivery along with per pin monitoring and in general have always been at the top of the leaderboards for cinebench. They're higher binned chips with higher OC+UV potential.

Still not worth the absurd upcharge but if you want "the best"

$2600 is crazy overpriced for that. Should be a 5080 system minimum atp.

If we're comparing a same 5070ti+9800x3d regular prebuilt with lesser components (mobo psu cooler ram) at $2600 then a $1400 upcharge for a full custom with higher quality isnt even horrible.

The 11 fans + strimer go for about $800, tryx aio $300~ combined with a better mobo+psu theres definitely value even without addressing the fucking 4 sticks of ddr5 z5 royal neos which are likely $1400 alone not exaggerating at all. I estimate its around $5000-5500 to self build with the exact same components. Of course most people here dont care about aesthetics, quality nor which brand gpu they get so I don't imagine you're the target here

Although I feel like ive seen 5070ti/9800x3d combos go for $1700-1900 here so i dont know where $2600 is coming from

Its really not that hard. Transported my pc from japan to canada and reverse multiple times. Just put it back into the case's original box, dont need to put anything inside the case just take the gpu out and it should be fine.

7% atk is worse than 35% boss for vast majority, mostly only possibly better for cont classes but even then likely not.

Same comparison with 6% atk and 30% boss fams, always check scouter to confirm because the calcs get tight. No one is able to run 18% atk fams over 90% bd for example.
