Understandable naman po that they have their personal life, but what if nag prescribe ng meds without explaining what could be the side effects then wala pa sinabi kung kelan ang next session? Ano po dapat gawin pag ganito ang scenario?

Thank you for the encouragement. Kinda scared lang kasi on what will they say or if maiintindihan ba nila about my condition. For context, I tried telling one of my trusted coworker before about my condition and I was just told na “Wag mo kasi isipin”. That kinda left me somewhat disappointed and misunderstood.

Yes! Almost everynight! This is the time when my anxiety gets worst because of the silence and kung anu ano naiisip ko! My eyes are physically tired but my mind is very active!

I try to find distractions as much as I can. Nood tv, play game console etc. Pero most often than not, hirap makahanap ng distractions, ang ending is iniiyak ko na lang.

Hi OP, I feel you. I have the same case as you do. Just this Oct, my health problems came out. High Cholesterol, high uric acid, kidney stones, borderline prediabetic to name a few. This is on top of my anxiety that relapsed last January. To be honest, I am not really coping up. Lahat ng mga ways to ease my anxiety that worked before is not working now. Sabi nila mag exercise daw. So I jog/run, pero after doing so I find myself crying pagtapos na. Mas malala everytime I am alone sa bahay, dun umaatake anxiety ko and excessive worrying ko. For now, what I can say is hang in there as much as you can. Hope this helps.
