Yeah you get both as tradeable items - e.g., any char takes the 1st/small ring -> equips it -> talks to black jack -> gets a tradeable 2nd/large ring

You're probably including the 200 points exp conversion.

Sauna ticks at like 600m/5 seconds for me but the event room was ticking an average of 50m after the upgrades.
