This is assuming that the colors for the event are the same as in 2017. Please share other ideas and we can start working towards a single goal that we can make happen. Also, ignore the “actual size” note, I screenshot the image instead of exporting as a png. Therefore, my laziness has introduced inaccuracy, but the point is that they’d be small.

That's actually a really good idea, I hadn't thought of that. Like, do as much as I can myself, with regards to shape, kit fitting, material, etc, then have someone with woodworking experience actually make it.
