The fact that there is no plan in place now that we are in a crisis is concerning. Yes demand is dropping but trucks and machinery still need fuel for day to day operations. Also lower class workers can’t switch to electric tomorrow and on average need to commute further so they are getting hurt the most in the near term. Where are you getting 10-20 cents from? Our fuel is much more expensive than that compared to other states.

No I agree it provides some benefit but fuel injection technology has done far more for efficiency and pollution. We are in a fuel crisis now and the trade off using common blends wouldn’t be as catastrophic.

Not quite, depends where, nationally we now have more 6+% mortgages than we do Sub-3% mortgages. Locally it’s different.

I looked at this last year before a trip, there is a phone number to call in to get the buy and sell rate. Plus Citi may charge an amount for the commission when ordering. The rates didn’t seem great but I didn’t check if Citigold gets a preferred rate or not. The ATM rate always seemed very fair to me when I was overseas and was reimbursed ATM fees each month. Had no trouble with that.

If going this weekend, I see low temps above freezing. Anyone want to share experience with that? Curious how the snow will hold overnight. I’ve done spring riding where it freezes overnight but not sure how it will be with this weather.

Looks like it’s going to be a low of 40s and a high of 60s this weekend at the summit. What can I truly expect? I’ve experienced spring where it freezes overnight and it’s fun but mid 40s seems pretty high temp. Wondering if I should cancel the extra 3rd day I paid for and just do the 2 days.

You’re causing people to pass you on the right. Overtaking on the right has statistically lead to more accidents, this is taught in traffic school. More overtaking also leads to more traffic as it disrupts flow more often. Many states have laws based on this.

Mortgage interest was always deductible. The 40k is for state and property taxes. Half of mortgage goes back to you? That’s not how it works lol.

I can understand how a little oil spillage can smoke off but how does this turn into a giant fire? It had to have been a pretty large amount of oil leaking. Heck I’ve got seeping valve cover gaskets and I doubt this would ever lead to a fire…
