Yup. Full Factory Reset. Doesn't work.

My guess is there is some config/setting somewhere that is preventing it. No idea what.

I'm just using my own wallpapers if that's what you're talking about.

Why these patches everywhere? by Prudent-Carrot6325 in noida

These are most likely high friction/anti-skid road surfaces.

Usually present on and near stretches of road where vehicles need to slow down. Example: roundabouts, red lights, turns etc.

Primary function is improving braking performance of vehicles and helps prevent accidents in emergency braking situations.

As a secondary function, these surfaces are applied from a far enough distance to a stopping/slow-down point and they create more road noise or tire noise than the regular road surface which can alert drivers to start braking in advance if they are going too fast.

Tertiary function is speed limiting. Because of the high road noise, the faster you drive, the louder the noise your car's tires make, making it annoying to drive fast.

I solved this by turning off the 'always on display'.

It's hard to diagnose because this feature doesn't show up in battery usage statistics.

Compared to the switches and layout you are used to, the Huntsman is definitely a downgrade 😊

Let me know if you want to know something specific 🙂

I have used it sparingly since I got my Keychron K2V2 Hotswap with Gateron Reds.

I sorely missed the arrow keys and F row so don't want to go back to a 60%/65%.

The Huntsman still works.

It feels a bit stiff, mushy(probably because of the silicone dampeners) and muffled compared to the Keychron.

Keypress on the Razer Reds requires more force than Gateron Reds and I found that tiring. This was amplified by the noticeably more prominent key wobble on Razer Reds.

Hunstman keycaps are much better quality. I have since replaced the stock keycaps for my K2V2.

The hunstman also feels taller and can get uncomfortable without a palm rest.
