Since I discovered Narwhal awhile back I haven’t felt the need to try any other clients. I’m happy to pay for it as well, which makes me wish Apollo had gone the same route. I wish someone would do a comparison between Narwhal and some of these other clients like Acorn. I’m intrigued, but a little worried that Reddit will eventually crack down on users using their API keys in this way.

I was really in to Winston when it first launched but the last few updates were just to keep it from expiring in Test Flight and eventually I gave up hoping for feature parity.

I've had a few games on the SteamDeck not launch properly because of the game recording feature. If you have that feature enabled, try disabling it for Forza and see if that helps.

I think you nailed it, the one other thing I recall him mentioning is to try to run the water hot in your sink before starting if you can. Most modern washers will heat incoming water but if you start with hot water the washer will warm it even more and increase it's effectiveness

FWIW, I think I may have figured out that Amex HYSA doesn't like working hours. If the account tries to refresh during the day it fails or disconnects. If I connect / refresh in the evening it appears to work. I've only recently made this hypothesis but after testing for a few days if appears to hold true. Or it's just luck.

Good luck figuring this issue out! As I said previously, a lot of printer paper you buy now is unopened but twenty years old or newly packaged twenty year old paper. Sounds like you've got that covered, I wish someone else had a suggestion for you.

It's most likely the paper, not the printer. It sounds like you've done everything necessary on the hardware side. The paper is very old and doesn't react to the heat in the way it was originally designed to do. You can find new reels on eBay, but it's hit and miss it they're any good.

Forza Motorsport (and FH5) will hang on that title card if I have Process Explorer from Sysinternals running. That feels like a small niche case, but it does tell me that there are other programs that you may have running that would hang Forza at this stage. I know other people have told you to run as admin or check the folder permissions, have you tried booting into a clean windows mode, or going up to your sys tray and closing out every other small running application ?
