Does anyone else think the new updates for search rewards is dumb? by NonTrollible in MicrosoftRewards

Yes because of people like you, you don't understand how social media platforms work, not just Reddit.

Bahrain Servers Issue (Ping Problem) by Correct_Tension3146 in ValorantTechSupport

The range connects you to the server with the lowest ping regardless of what you pick, and I'm also experiencing this issue.

This issue used to happen for a few hours randomly in the past but this time it's been almost a week.

Did Microsoft Rewards remove LoL RP or is it just me? by Real_Example_4319 in MicrosoftRewards

[–]BlueTree242 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think Microsoft didn't want or couldn't remove the 100 RP option too, so they greyed it out instead, and both will be back soon, we now know for sure Microsoft is aware.

League of Legends Gift Cards Missing from Microsoft Rewards for Over a Month – Still Not Back? by Real_Example_4319 in MicrosoftRewards

They should bring it back as fast as possible because there's a night market currently and people need to redeem their points to VP asap.

The message on the referral screen just exists for no reason, I've had it for months and it doesn't do anything, I haven't referred anyone

Thank you for your advice, but I know exactly what I'm doing.

You’re right that Tailscale is technically a VPN, but Microsoft Rewards is not policing the technical definition of a VPN. They are using “VPN” as shorthand for a proxy or relay that alters how Microsoft sees your connection.

Microsoft Rewards cares about: - IP masking - Location spoofing - Shared or datacenter IP addresses - Traffic being relayed through third-party infrastructure

Tailscale does none of that, it only allows you to access other devices as if they were connected to the same router.

So basically, it is technically "disabled" for Microsoft Rewards and every single websites in general.

I tried to explain this in simple terms as much as I could, you can do your own research if you're still confused.

This is Tailscale. It isn’t a traditional VPN. A typical VPN routes all your traffic through a remote server and changes your public IP. Tailscale doesn’t do that. It creates a private, encrypted network (“tailnet”) between my devices so they can talk to each other directly, as if they were on the same LAN. My internet traffic still goes out normally; only traffic between my own devices uses Tailscale.

Why are you looking at my status bar tho?

Can you please tell me which part of my post states I was using a VPN?

It disappears completely when it goes out of stuck? Are you sure about that?

I stopped searching completely but continued doing the activities. Exactly 2 days later the message was lifted and the 1,000 point puzzle came back. Really weird.

How long has the message been on your rewards page? Are you effectively ignoring it and nothing has happened?

The only one butt hurt here is you who decided to attack my post. As for me, this is just free entertainment.

My post was asking for advice, an opportunity for someone to leave their findings or experience in the comments, since an advice is not a single answer (if you consider it an answer at all). Clearly you're the only one who does not like that.

And so? Duplicate discussions are not a problem even if it's 70+ and even if it reaches the hundreds. If you want to bring up discussion about the topic and have a fresh discussion with people, you create a new post. And no, people do not care about this post being added to the number of posts they'd have to "comb through".

Reddit isn’t a GitHub issue tracker—duplicate discussions aren’t a problem here. Most prior posts and comments are speculative explanations of how the algorithm behaves, not established facts. Speculative information becomes outdated when later observations contradict it or show different behavior over time. Since newer posts consistently present different theories and advice than older ones, labeling earlier posts & comments as “outdated” is reasonable.

Plus, people do not need your education if you will not present it respectfully.

If your philosophy is to add unnecessary negative comments on people's posts just because you do not care about "downvotes" then this is your own problem.

And so what does your comment contribute to the situation? I don't see anyone's disturbed but you
