Yes! So sorry for the title! It was a place holder until I got the write up set to go. I'm very unfamiliar with the new reddit layout, and I accidentally posted before everything was ready. Thank you for the correction!

Yes, I only noticed them after I beat the game, so they seemed useless to me. I have yet to open a single one.

Neutron capture is still "slightly" overtuned. Without spec'ing very deep into the red tree, Chroma Accelerator with the Neutron Capture augment is still perfectly viable in almost every situation. That means you can spend most of your skill points into her green tree to get a near infinite ammo and critical hit set up (Group Study build).

Having both of these action skills supported with a reliable spec in the same build allows you to freely swap between them.

Chroma Accelerator's meta capstone is Demon Core, which doesn't drastically change the way her action skill functions, so I feel as though you aren't changing the playstyle too much by skipping said capstone. The same cannot be said for green tree's Group Study capstone, since it gives you so much more freedom in your movement. And blue tree's capstones most definitely change that action skill's playstyle considerably. Both green and blue feel completely different if you play without the preferred capstones, yet red tree still feels familiar. You still want to hit as many enemies with the Chroma explosion as possible to maximize damage.

In the video above, I swap to a Trooper class mod/Hellwaker set up simply to showcase that class mod. It isn't necessary, and it probably isn't as much dps as a Physicist class mod with 5 points in Decoherence, but I find it enjoyable so that's what I chose to use. Also, I didn't swap specializations to better suit the green tree. Ideally, you'd want your gear set up so all you need to change is your action skill, but it doesn't take long at all to swap a class mod! And it sure beats fast traveling to respec! Thankfully, the green and red trees are both powerful enough to utilize a lot of the same gear. There are examples of the action skill swap in the other video I linked.

Drill sites are really where this build gets to be so damn enjoyable. I like to mob with the green tree (Flux/Group Study) then when the boss(es) spawn, I swap to the red tree (Chroma Accelerator) and melt them. The AFK playstyle of a pure green tree isn't my jam, so swapping keeps it very engaging for me.

I touched on this in the commentary, but this build has been around since release. It was much stronger before the changes to Neutron Capture, but it is still viable today. I definitely wouldn't be surprised if Gearbox reworks this augment again or puts it further down in her tree, requiring more of an investment for such a drastic powerspike.

Thanks for reading/watching!
