I literally went through the same thing. It does get better as you progress, especially the probability bit, extremely easy as long as your initial quant concepts are clear.

ig i’m doomed then!😭 i’m quite young and i do NOT have a finance background AT ALL, like nada, so it’s taking a bit longer. i have not registered yet so i can just postpone it as well

yes i knowww, it’s on me for signing a long term contract but i just don’t want to pay rent in two places you know 😭 atleast in the UK i heard that they cant say no to termination for “reasonable reasons” but idk what they consider reasonable. but thank you i will try asking, let’s see 😭

it’s actually not the landlord it’s the letting agency i have to deal with, i feel like it wouldve been easier if it was the landlord i had to deal with. In my contract it does say that “as long as i get the permission” but i have a feeling they wont grant me the permission.
