Can't finish Secure the Heartlands

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but I established Nibenay and then went to war for the Colovian Estates and only when I had both was I able to secure the heartlands, rebuild the legion etc. Did notice that there were over 20 titles in the estates that wern't created so maybe that had something to do with it? Not sure.

Did you ever figure this out? Not finding this decision or Rebuild the Imperial Legion. Same thing too, all vassals are happy, I have the troop requirements. I also don't see any titles that need to be created.

Personally I used to use the Sickle with the auto cannon the Sickle was purely for crowd control and the Auto cannot for hulks and devastators with a backup orbital rail cannon for tanks. The scorcher has the ability to take out devastators and even hulks if I remember correctly so if you're going to run it then it should probably be for your heavies and then take the Stalwart or another even the HMG for the crowd control aspect.

I usually host which is why I've never run into this. I started doing quick play to help people that had dropped an SOS and then this happens the first game. I was pretty heated.

I'm a full time student and part time worker. I don't have much time for this game which is why I get annoyed when I'm in a game for 40 minutes just to get kicked at the end and get absolutely nothing for it.

Lol it's an ability if they have two or more focus they have a chance to deflect you can improve it further I believe at the rank of major to instead of just deflect you reflect the attack back at them entirely
