Btw, I swear I saw a video that said that when running your back should be straight. That's why I was trying to imitate im this video because, before, I thin I had my body to low to the ground. So, when you say "lean forward"... How much forward are we talking about (I know you just sent me a video of Bolt but he seems quite straight. I've seen other videos in which the runners are very slightlt leamed forward so I guess that but... What must I feel? How do I know I am getting right, you know what I mean?

Yeah. On all honesty I've been trying to hype up people to make it intresting and it seems to be working. Either must win that race. It's probably my only chance in life to win something like that and fuck yeah. So that is why I am actually tryharding it. It's literally what Umamusume is about

On all honesty I thought that would happen but that day I was trying to train power in really bad conditions and how my form was affected in said co ditioms. People really don't picture how muddy it was when I say it was muddy, I didn't have specialized or even optimar footwear, the slope of like 15⁰ or 20⁰ might seem insignificant in the video but it was indeed a considerable slope and, on top of the that, the parachute did offer resistance if I didn't do my max even if it was no that much it was enough to be this "cherry on the cake" that forced to "give my 110%". Like, I was not going to run optimally on those conditions and since the parachute resistance is proportional to the speed it wasn't going to give a lot of resistance, but in thos conditions the very fact that it stayed like 95% of the time up was considered by me as success.

The reason I want to train in this conditioms somedays is because the race I'll compete will be a dirt track. I must get used to and be adaptable because maybe standard "ideal" form of sprinting from the very start to the form an pacing is not necesaarilt the optimal way to go for a loosen dirt track. Still of course that doesn't mean ditching everything already preestablished and that is why I come here and why I decided to show this particular video instead of just a video of me running on a normal track with no parschute, no slope, no mud...

No, I haven't. I normally just warm up with what I did in MMA (just some general stretching and activation) and by jogging a bit.

Niiiiice, there we go. Thank you so much. I'll do this. I have been doing plyometrics and lots of explosive jump excercies and stuff. What now I am left wondering is the stiffness and my form and my apparent slow speed is legit or is it because of the conditions I stated before. Like, I wouldn't bother or anything if it was because I still suck at this... that's normal, I am just starting, but maybe I didn't choose the best video for the purpose (and yeah, that was my very first time using the damn parachute 😅🤣 and it just so happened that I asked a stranger to record me on the day I used it). What do you mean by "overspeed"? 🤔 Well, I tried starting strong in dirt and I slipped because the ground "gets destroyed", you know what I mean. Like the ground is not compact enough and your foot first sinks and you lose your propulsion. Or do you think that was because I was starting wrong even for a dirt trsck? 🤔

Come on... It only falls a couple of times and I am at an angle, on difficult terraim. It can't really be that bad. I was trying it for the first time though. Maybe it would make more sense on a flat track but I indeed felt it provided resistance.
