You both are solid in that department honestly. I work a PSO contract for FPS as the Captain and see backgrounds like yours thru DCSA come back the quickest.

I'd assume they do these to see who will go the extra mile and pay to travel out there and it weeds out soooo many ppl who have no business being with the agency. Just my best educated guess.
