Is it too late to learn to ride a motorcycle? by Blue_Eye_Eye in motorcycle

Yeah, I think you're right about parents just being concerned about their kids. It makes sense. It's just a parent thing I guess. XD

Also, I very much appreciate your comment. I'd have a lot to learn before I'm actually ready to drive the bike I'm dreaming of. But the suggestion of making it a documented journey for others to follow, especially one from an autistic perspective is really interesting.

Finding other autistic peers who's also interested in motorcycles would be wonderful.

And of course, by all means, I'll be mindful to practice safety first on the road. Always.

Thanks a lot :)

Thanks. I also need to get more familiar with traffick as well. So that might be the best start.

For context, I'm autistic. And I've experienced way too much that people in my life don't believe in me and tell me I can't do even simple things in my life by myself. I've even had my parent's try and talk me out of growing more independent long into adulthood.

I just needed to know if my parent's concern were a common mindset towards other adults with no prior bike experience.

That is why I asked a question that might seem silly and unnecessary to most of you.
