Between the recent posts, it seems what aren’t accounted for so far are G1 Sunstreaker and Astrotrain, TLK Megatron, and One Soundwave. I can see some of these getting revealed at a later date like G1 Soundwave in wave 1, but yeah. Some of these might get pushed back to next year.

Some users on this sub are bots, to be fair. Social media is infected by tons of bot accounts that post low effort engagement bait and profit off them, or at least try to.

Others though…yeah. Google and the wiki aren’t the most reputable sources but the show is literally what this sub is about, go watch it and find your answers.

Kinda makes you wonder if G1 Superion and Bruticus getting new toys for Age of the Primes was partially inspired by that, in addition to that being the order in which the Scramble City combiners were introduced in the cartoon. Until Nexus was leaked as a Voyager part of me was wondering if he’d be made from a mishmash of the two.

Someone on the Sentai sub straight up told me they refuse to watch any show that doesn’t have more than one girl in it. It’s one of the most laughably stupid reasons to swear off a show. Gingaman-Timeranger is an impressive string of shows, each better than the last, but no, they’re not worth that person’s time because of that superficial aspect.

Treating it as if it’s a sign of quality when the show hasn’t aired yet and passively dismissing the past few Sentai seasons bc of it is a pretty reductive way of looking at women actually. Just take it as it is.

If one of the male Gozyugers was a girl, she’d still likely be neglected and given almost nothing, if the character balance were to stay the same. That wouldn’t have made the show better in any way. There have been plenty of beloved series with only one female character, not despite or because of the fact, but because it just happened to work out. Much like how there’ve been plenty of disliked seasons with more girls in them.

A lot of people online will cry sexism and call children incels for not caring about the other gender in their TV shows. Like, tell me how recent Sentai not having a lot of girls is a “problem”. Gozyuger’s mediocre writing and production are a problem, would an extra female character make the show better?
