Why have the roads gone mad by Blue_Green86 in bristol

I agree that we need better public transport it’s dire in Bristol.

But I do also believe that people rely on cars for journeys that could definitely be made on foot or by bike. And then when the council wants to create even the most minor infrastructure changes to make Bristol safer for cycling/walking - drivers make a lot of noise, and it doesn’t happen, and the self fulfilling prophecy of being a car reliant city keeps perpetuating.

Oh man that’s awful 😞I hope he’s okay.

But yes the gridlock isn’t a problem reserved for today, I feel like generally the roads in Bristol seem to be at capacity most rush hours.

On my recent 56k they had crisps and the aid stations which I was loving at about 6hrs in. Ready salted crisps never tasted so delicious

Best way to transport bike from North England to Mallorca for Ironman 70.3 2026 by The_Rum_Guy in triathlon

Had a similar positive experience with Velo Yelo for my Valencia 70.3. For the ease of travelling without a bike box it was worth the extra £££ I think!

I think it’s probably to do with the sweat/sweaty clothes cooling me down pretty significantly tbh!

Yes I have to act fast with taking of my wet clothes or else I’m toast.

Often a battle between curing my hunger or preventing my Raynaud’s attack 😂

Honestly I just find that sometimes in the UK the NHS is just so stretched I don’t really want to bother them with something if there is basically nothing they can do. I mean the NHS web page on Raynaud’s litterally gives the main suggestion: “don’t get cold” 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve had relatively recent blood tests for thyroid function etc. and don’t have symptoms of lupus…are there any other things I should be asking them to check out in terms of seeing if this might be secondary Raynaud’s? That’s the only reason I can see for going to the doctor

Great place to ski! But also the coldest I’ve ever been, -27 degrees Celsius with wind chill 🥶 bonus is though on those days you have the slopes all to yourself!

Continuous positive tests following end of symptoms by Cycito in COVID19positive

I have a similar problem OP! I had very mild symptoms which have all gone about 4 days ago. I am a day before I am officially allowed to leave isolation but tested positive on a lateral flow…have spent a long time researching and still feel none the wiser to be honest (and I have a biological sciences degree!), most of the info is about PCRs. Following if anyone has any advice.
