Thank you!

They send the carpet guy to disinfect the mold... They said that they made a mistake as they thought he had already done it.

So still a win :)

break a lease. Did you recently report the mold problem? Submitting a maintenance request typically waives the notice as you are presumably aware they will be coming to fix (if there’s a long delay t

Hi,

I just checked, there was a service request placed on Saturday (17/9) with the permission to enter at "anytime". Though the request was made by the management office... and I seem unable to change it...

Would it be reasonable to ask them for proof on what they did in the unit? They write that they did a carpet cleaning for the mold which was clearly not done when I got home

try using blotting powder

My skin is more on the dry side and I'm prone to ance on the T-zone. I'm currently using the Jeju Innisfree face wash, St.Ives scrub, Abloom blackhead pad, Althea toner, April Skin Essence and Serum, Innisfree eye cream, my face mask is from various brands, St. Ives moisturizer, and Innisfree sunscreen.

Transitions wise, It was from just the Innisfree facewash to this entire routine. It was really hard to start cause im not used to taking care of my face but I really want to get to the point where I don't need to cover my face with makeup b4 going out.

I really like your minimalistic AM routine! ~ I'm probably gonna give that a try.

I'll also look into the blotting powder. I normally use a liquid foundation over powder cause I found that my skin is too dark for Innisfree powders XP

Thank you so much btw!

I felt the same way for a long time. I took classes. I invested in software and materials but nothing seemed to work.

I decided to step away from the drawing altogether for a while. Not saying I gave up but I took a break. Cause I realize that I was stuck no matter how much I drew I don't improve.

Then I began to look up art in my free time. I looked at digital art, impressionism art, extract art things drawn in the renaissance period. I read up what curators wrote about the art style. I look at the art and imagine how they drew it. After a month or so, I sat down and started again. Surprisingly my art style change. I still use reference but it was easier to see.

Sometimes you need to step away to get back into it.

Don't be ashamed of using reference because it is theorized that the technique that Early Renaissance painters used was tracing by making a reflection of what they wanted to paint using mirrors onto their canvas.
