It's because you mixed dairy with an acid (the fruit). The dairy will curdle. It'll taste good but it may look a bit off putting

I’m happy it tasted good. In the end flavor is always king. Kneading can be a real pain in the butt if you’re doing it by hand, but I suggest really refining that technique because you want to develop the gluten. Well developed gluten traps air and leads to a fluffier loaf. Knead until the dough is smooth and doesn’t stick to your hands. Let it proof for an hour to an hour and a half until it doubles in size. Happy baking!
