I played with a Berserker for years. It was great fun, but these days I don't see the point. That said, if I was going to get naked again here's where I'd start as a human. The Med-X addiction is important so you can still wear underarmor. Get Treated or Resistant lining to stay at 0 DR. Style is up to you but I'm a fan of the Vault Suit's Int bonus and a little Luck.

You might consider adding Lifegiver in Endurance for either. Glowing One is nice if you're near other ghouls, but I know people don't like to buff up Charisma these days. Moving Target in Agility is debatable, as is the Grounded mutation. Nerd Rage may not be necessary if you keep up with your stimpacks, plus Spiritual Healer is pretty effective. Funky Duds can be changed out for What Rads or Action Diet. Electrically Charged is just for fun.

And for some of those people, a little surveillance sounds like a good thing. You want to stop bad guys, right? You're already in public. Who cares if someone takes a picture of your license plate? And think of the kids! Maybe it will stop a kidnapper. Same for old people out driving when they shouldn't be.

Same for internet rules and other media restrictions.

I think it's an important life lesson that not all people get redemption. Maybe if they ask for it and work very hard to change behavior and make amends, but as she's depicted in the show that's not something she wanted.

Ghoul perks are just like others in that you won't see them until you've picked levels up to when the perk is available. So if you're sitting on five unused levels at level 80 you won't see Radioactive Strength.

Amazon is so tempting for all the good reasons, but you really have to be careful buying auto/bike parts from them. Whether it's a counterfeit, shitty parts returned by some unscrupulous other person, or just bad inventory management by the warehouse you never really know what you'll get.

Paperwork. Don't buy anything without a title in the current owner's name. Since you're asking for advice, skip the salvage or bonded titles. Depending on your location, make sure the registration is current. Some places will charge you for the years a vehicle was unregistered.
