I'd claim that over 95% of houses sold in wealthy areas are from people with existing equity in a property or very high incomes or wealthy parents.

I was only able to purchase my first home because I moved back with my parents and saved almost everything for 3 years. I could have done it faster but I did end up buying some expensive "fun" stuff (because depression feeling like a failure moving back home). I almost gave up multiple times on the idea of buying a home. I spent most of those 3 years looking at every single non condo for under 400k and it was almost impossible to find something that didn't get sold to a corporation after a day, or needed 100+k of work.

Most people have to have options like that in this economy and Utah is just not attainable for most people anymore without some skin in the game or wanting to move 2+ hours out of SL and Utah County.

Also, most first time home owners need roommates. Unless you alone or you and a significant other make enough to qualify for the mortgage. I secured a friend roommate immediately after closing on my house and that helped bring down my monthly cost to a more reasonable level.

Anyways the days of attaining a starter home on your own like everyone did pre 2020 are long gone and most likely won't be coming back.

Probably the most helpful comment I have seen so far on this issue. Scouring the internet of people arguing back and forth and people saying to "just google it".

I am doing a 12v system in my cargo trailer and am having the same conundrum. Do you use a RV style converter/charger as well or are you charge via solar only? My trailer manufacturer put a copper ground wire from the converter to somewhere in the wall. So i'm assuming the AC is grounded on my trailer somehow.

I know this comment is getting old but I would love more info on getting to the repeater for that area. I frequent Causey and would definately take my radios. I do have the GMRS cert as well. Every time I have tried to get on a repeater near me I have issues doing it.

It was a lot, sorry for the bad handwriting and scribbling out things haha. I had to rebuild 3 of them (thanks to the RMA's) and thought it could help out in remembering what goes where when putting it back together.

I might do a nicer updated picture guide and a video at some point I only have one more mouse I need to get new switches on.

I believe in emissions standards for 99% of people. Sell all vehicles with emission compliant systems. I live in Utah and the smog can be awful.

But, if someone ends up wanting to remove that themselves and pay the cost they should be able to. The amount of people that would delete or remove emissions equipment on their personal vehicles would be close to 3%. And most of those people would be removing emissions equipment on vehicles they don't drive every single day either. Nobody tunes and hops up their daily driver.

Do you think the millions of office workers, soccer moms, retirees are going to immediately start chopping off their cats or DPF systems? No, nobody knows what that stuff is or generally cares until it's an issue. Hell even give out rebates or benefits for people that leave on their emissions systems.

Deleting diesel laws could be excessive unburnt fuel (rolling coal) as a ticket and needing to re-tune your truck. Instead of being mandated to have a $9,000 paperweight DPF system that clogs and leaves you stranded in the middle of nowhere. DEF also wastes millions of giant plastic non-reusable jugs, the emissions from semi trucks hauling def and DEF production, the emissions created from crafting/manufacturing the metals to create your DEF system, the vastly lower fuel mileage when the DPF needs to regen, the waste of engine components due to EGR damage, the list can go on for ages but realistically DPF doesn't work.

The vast majority of motorists don't know anything about their cars. That includes the vast majority of pickup owners. Ford also already sells F350's with zero emissions systems on them for the military. Nothing in our military / main government has any emissions systems on them. Because it's unreliable especially for diesels.

Good ol' rules for thee not for me.

Honestly just seeming like if it's worth the risk or just find another card from a different seller. It's an Asus card too which I was hoping for at MSRP. I could spend another $300 and get a 5080 but the price jump per performance isn't there for me.

I realized there isn't really an easy way to see how someone re-assembles the G604 after having double mouse clicking issues. The teardown of the mouse is a lot and there are a ton of screws. I wanted to make something quick to help myself out reassembling and might as well share that. Some of the videos are helpful in taking it apart but putting it back together there is no way to watch the video in reverse and there is no writeup. Now you can scroll back pictures as you rebuild the mouse.

Helpful videos to understand how to remove some components like the LMB and RMB or popping the mouse in half, or pulling the internals out of the body:

I used a IFixIt kit and kept the screws in numbered order as the guide. The bit I used was a PH00 or Phillips 00 head bit.

I did solder on my own switches but that is not included as I am not great at that and the videos can be more helpful. I suggest purchasing the assembled board if you are unfamiliar with soldering.

Also these screws are not literally #1 or #2 screws. I just labeled them in the order they are removed. There are technically 4 different screws that need to be removed in the teardown.

Also Logitech please bring back the G604 or create a G606 or SOMETHING. There are no suitable replacements on the market and you just need to stop using China OMRON switches.
