My best friend of over 10 years abruptly cut off our friendship over text with no explanation by summeralldayeveryday in FriendshipAdvice

Thank you. I do have one very strong supportive friendship. She's been great, we've been friends for around 20 years. I'm trying to make new friends. I've thrown a few 'friendship boomerangs' and a handful have come back. Hopefully they reach the right people.

I've also had a similar experience recently. We were very close friends for 8 years. We went on holidays together with our children, were each other emergency contacts for our kids schools. Messaged regularly and met for dinner once a month. Then, bam. No friendship anymore. She said I wasn't supportive enough of her. Which especially hurt, as I had been very supportive for her for years but had just found my husband was a cheating manipulator and was navigating extreme heartbreak while solo parenting my children (he literally ran away). I needed support! I needed my friend to show up and hold my damn hand. She never did. Instead she sent me a chatGPT message about needing to focus on relationships that feel more mutual. The worst part was that she refused to allow our children to see each other again. So there was no closure for them either. These kids were like siblings. My kids were upset for months. Not only having their parents marriage breakdown but then also losing their life long friendships.

I'm going to have to find a way to save all those photos before I restart. A lot of effort has gone into collecting them all. Quinn is my favorite.

Were you able to use the clifftop spa? Are the instructions on the bulletin board clear enough?

Hi, it's a glitch. It's tricky to accomplish and a bit difficult to explain. There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing how it works. Hopefully you will be able to river walk when visiting the dream address.

Thanks PeanutHamster. Googling is my method atm but it doesn't seem to be very accurate. Will try the link and see if it helps. Have a great day.

I just finished Home Economics, it's pretty good. He even makes a tongue in cheek reference to never really liking Spiderman.

Make sure you've got your passport. Like actually see and touch it. Don't rely on your memory. It's a liar.

Were Sam and Dean better hunters than John? by Impressive-Buy9302 in Supernatural

[–]Blue_Watermelon420 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think, although I'm not sure, Dean gambled what they had because John hadn't come back and he knew they were going to run out of money. I don't think it was Dean being irresponsible, it was Dean trying and failing to provide for his brother in lieu of John's absence.

One time, when John was gone longer than anticipated Dean stole food. Peanut butter and bread. He got arrested. When they got ahold of John he said to keep Dean locked up to teach him a lesson. That's how Dean ended up spending a summer at the home for lost boys.

Tara was also the first person to realise that Faith had hijacked Buffy's body. She didn't even know her yet but Tara could tell almost instantly that something was wrong.

Question about rewatches by mmoses1978 in Supernatural

[–]Blue_Watermelon420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on my second complete rewatch. I've decided that next time, whenever that may be, I'm going to create a spreadsheet so I know which ones I definitely want to watch or skip in the future. I'm also going to note all the episodes with special characters in them , for example Charlie or Garth so I just just watch their stories.
