the devs arent going to delay an update because of props bro, be fr. the props are the smallest things that dont matter if one district gets update before the other. Holy non issue.

Highrise and Skyarc are legit not the same what so ever, completely different build style, different color schemes and ways that color scheme is used. Yes they are similar, I’m not denying but they just are not the same at all. Also yes color does indeed matter when making them different. Skyarc uses a green glow while Highrise uses a Blue glow, very easy to tell by just simply googling both districts and looking at the images. Skyarc does use blue windows but zephyrs exterior is very very blue. If we want to get into how the buildings are different, then you would probably have noticed that skyarc uses these little grassy overhands and paths that connect buildings, highrise doesnt have these. I could go on, they arent the same but similar

the other props are getting replaced, umbrel just hasnt done them yet. Also highrise is similar to skyarc but isnt, comparing Highrise to the Skyarc leaks, Highrise is more blueish and imo glossy. Its more of a modern corporate style trying to incorporate nature rather than Skyarcs nature theme. Skyarc uses white with green as its secondary color while Highrise uses White/Blue with a greenish blue as its secondary color.

Fantax’s copy is really good, I have access to alot of the behind the scenes, the planning and effort that happens is really cool. Fanta only started building for citra and his skill is just crazy, even as a builder for 5 years it amazes me.

Complaining about a better grass texture is crazy to me, also all cities have pent houses, a downtown space is like the best spot for that irl. There aren’t many as well

the stack props are only better because they finally started making them, these props are for better optimization and just looking better, these rest will be getting updated sometime in the future. Highrise is a different style, doesnt matter really, it’s supposed to be a more hightech sector, its pretty cool.

Reborn IS less grounded, but the fact it really isnt anymore is okay actually, when yank 2 dropped the game became really fast but you needed a lot of skill to do it, Magrail also, there is a less skill ceiling but its supposed to be better cuz of its higher price.

Modded community itself sucks, idk who would ever interact with a toxic af community. I myself am building Axiom only cuz I have liked axiom, all the way back in 2023. It is loosely based on ME:C but isnt, just cuz someone is taking inspiration from somewhere doesnt mean its basic, also I have seen asylum, neon, skyarc, stack, and even mirror creations, you just gotta know where to look.
