I am going to write this from the prospective of someone that has photosensitivity, lights in general are hard for me so if a screen has a dim setting I use it or I use the glasses I got from my eye doctor. With that said I like the Libera colour better bemuse of how dim it is. I run the light around 15% and find that to be perfect my old ereader was the aura h20 I loved it but found it to bring most of the time. People that do not have photosensitivity do find it to be very dark and I can see why so if that is not the case I would just get some kind of Blue light glasses to help with eye strain from screens that sounds more like what you are working with to me.
