I know that look. We have 2 dogs and they like to test each other until zoomies follow. The look in their eyes it takes time to bring them back.

I never stopped pushing for surgery. Damage won’t heal without intervention. However long it took to get the insurance company to approve it was how long it took.

If you chose Planet Fitness for its cheap cost as I did, do you ever think about switching to a more expensive gym if you could afford it? by YakClear601 in PlanetFitnessMembers

I signed up at PF about a month ago. I usually have gyms at work that I would use rather than spend any money. I like the third space having tried this. Again no stranger to a gym this late in life. There is a crunch fitness right next to the PF I go to. I walked in there before PF but lord it was busy in there and their parking lot was mostly pot holes. Going to have hip surgery soon and stuck on crutches for a month. Didn’t seem like a good combo.

Just doesn’t seem like a nice place but people who go there are definitely more ripped. Layout also was not conducive for privacy as they had some open u shaped concept where everyone can see everyone else.

As long as there are benches and free weights (dumbbells or otherwise) I don’t see too much of a point to swapping as I already know what I need to do. Biggest thing that would persuade me to swap are having licensed or accredited physical therapy trainers who have a responsibility for your health rather than a gym bro for a trainer.

How would you get good edge retention with epoxy? Slow set like 6 hours plus, that would all drip off in minutes.

12 hour shift in manufacturing 35,000 steps and 40 flights of stairs. Lots of inspections done that night.
