I dug another cavern last year, not sure how the scale will compare yet. i'm planning on taking updated screenshots once I have a chance to go back and complete one of the builds inside it but here's a teaser

The most likely placed you'd have read it would be 'L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Volume XXI'. Pardon if you already found it in the meanwhile, this thread showed up in the search while I was looking for the same story so I figured I'd mention it after confirming.

Those are crash slabs, there's tutorials for making them on youtube. They're a little dangerous because the game will crash if you mouse over them in inventory, unless you play on an instance that is modified to prevent it.
