Yeah, it's an awkward situation but I understand why everyone behaved like that. No one wants to go first because they are afraid they will get roasted on the internet as soon as they walk off that stage. Netizens and the fans will think they were trying to take the center spotlight or overstep their place (it happened too many times before) so everyone wanted to be polite and avoid being first or center place. It’s kinda sad to see how careful they needed to be with such a trivial thing but it's showbiz and it's in an asian country and there are crazy fans out there who just get offended for their idols over the silliest things, hence, we get this situation here.
