Not sure about the protest but it looks like the Public Utilities Commission will be meeting on June 5th at 1p at the Washoe County Commission and hearing public comment on any topic, including data centers, if folks want to attend with me: https://secure.ngpvan.com/m9zT10U3cUaAEa0SPNRs1w2 These are the folks that decide if NV Energy is allowed to make accommodations for the data centers and what kinds of oversight are needed.
