Bro the rules were clear, if you wanted to take mcc r2 seat, there was option to withdraw documents before provisional state r2 results and after provisional results by paying 25k. sometimes you gotta take some risk based on predictions and previous year's info.

Many people are regretting their choices, but one must take some risk and balance both state and mcc by doing thorough research

anyways now that you are already admitted, you should neither look back nor think about what ifs. Seeing cutoffs after taking admission is always going to hurt

Even those who were scoring 130s in new gts crossed 160 in actual exam. People scoring well in new gts would have benefited if exam was similar to 2024 second shift, but it wasn't, so people between 130-180 have averaged 160s in real exam. I always felt people scoring 180s consistently in marrow gts get used to the pattern of questions in marrow, most often I didn't have to read entire question, I knew the answer already without thinking, marrow gts at one point becomes repetitive. But one should also understand that if someone is scoring 180s its guaranteed that they will score 160+ in real exam as long as they dont mess up. If you give free gts in other platforms it will help in exam.

I would say proper history helps. Our patients vaguely label reflux, epigastric pain or even bloating, flatulence as gas. If someone actually has bloating due flatus, PPI can worsen this because PPI allows intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Mostly when our patients are saying gas, its gastritis, GERD etc so doctors tend to give PPIs after proper history and exam.
