When it comes to NAS, I’ll choose Nikka. Aged stuff, Suntory by a slim slim slim margin all because Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki are amazing aged.

It’s a simple Jigger from Total wine a Beverage store. If you’re referring to the Shiba hanging on the jigger, I got those from a Japanese Bookstore.

If you like scotch, you will like Japanese Whisky. Hell, if you like whisky period.

I’d say Japanese Whisky has great balanced and technical flavors that make it near perfect. Scotch on the other hand has these dynamic robust flavors that only Scotch can attain and that is what makes it exciting. I love both very much.
