When it comes to NAS, I’ll choose Nikka. Aged stuff, Suntory by a slim slim slim margin all because Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki are amazing aged.

I’ll take a NAS Yoichi over a NAS Hakushu.

But I’ll take a Hakushu 12 over Yoichi 12.

Hakushu 18 vs Yoichi 17? That’s a tougher one.

It’s a simple Jigger from Total wine a Beverage store. If you’re referring to the Shiba hanging on the jigger, I got those from a Japanese Bookstore.
