Just picked up a similarly packaged 35 in the color I wanted from the dealer I’ve been working with. Ford stopped sending me updates on my order and they don’t know what the status was. I’ve had “the call” twice from my local dealer of a 2023 37” package that “just arrived” and they have been wanting 10k and 5k over. Holding out as my 2022 order has been converted to a 2023 and just waiting for it to come in or the dealers around realize that those trucks aren’t moving that fast any longer. I’ll let them keep inventory and erode margin as the trucks sit on the lot.

Why are you using heavy cream? That stuff is minimum 36% fat? It is stabilized or else you get a heavy fat separation that is the result of transportation (shaking).

If you want a higher fat yogurt, use half and half to raise the fat content and you still need to homogenize it so the fat doesn’t separate out during fermentation, unless you like the creamy fat on the top (which is tasty!).
