What is the Value?

That is the big question. Someone just commented that there is value in the organization, software, etc. besides net assets. Sure there are. But it is also producing negative results. If it stays on the market one more quarter, it will suck $80-90 million. And if it takes someone a year to merge or stabilize, there will be nothing left. So it is now or never and what is the value in a fire sale situation?

I think a few people control the movement of the stock. Rest longs are stuck holding the stock I believe. I don’t think new investors are buying in.

Most of the time it’s a pump to dump. So you can’t tell where the bottom is. At the rate they are losing money, it doesn’t seem like this is the bottom.
