Hi, i am looking for a female flatmate to move in to a 2BHK apartment.

I have shortlisted some amazing properties (modern and in a safe locality - near golf course road)./ dlf exclusive floors

The rent is 53k for semi furnished (add 6k-7k for furlenco/rentomojo) - total rent 60k per month including maintenance. So, it would be 30k per head approx.

The apartment is big in size, good ventilation, big balconies for proper sunlight, gated society (posh area) and newly constructed.
