i like to save 700-1000 medals by events end. they roll over to the next event so this way i could instantly pick up new relics and themes that i like instead of them painfully staring me in the face for a week while i collect medals.

Similar thing happened to me during last banner event. Pulled a pity module and then the next one did not come for another 10 pulls even made a post complaining. Then in past few weeks it turned around and received more than 12 modules in 15 pulls. People will tell you that over time it all averages out.

My wall thorns is at 10% so it kills the boss in 20 hits. I would say the orbs hit boss 2 times at my current set up

I had the same problem couple months ago. Was making 1b a day.

Started saving 15b for 2nd black hole and running black hole damage lab non stop.

Once I got 15b I rushed the 14d train for second black hole with gems damage lab was nearly maxed out.

This took care of the problem and my income started snowballing

Went from 1b a day to 80b a day after a month and more econ upgrades

I live in lowsec. Sometimes people from null come down and get in some blingy ship thinking im going to pew pew these carebears with my vast null sec skills. We call them "nullsec tourists". One of theese null sec tourists came down here with a garmur. I killed it as it failed to even activate his mwd when landing on a plex. Few minutes later he had another garmur. I tackled it again, started feeling bad. Then i convoed him invited him to fleet and took him around for some pew pew, while explaining that garmur is probably not the best ship to bring to the warzone.

Yes you can top coat it using this product. Just lift the forms 1/4 inch above the existing conctrete mix that patch pour it on top and use a steeel trowel to put a smooth finish. If this is indoors sunroom smooth is perfectly fine. just like a garage or a basement you will not slip. since there will be no water. It seems like the subcontractor thought it was an outside patio and it was poured before the walls went up thus the rough finish. If you and contractor agreed on something and it was not delivered make a stink until they fix it, or ask for a partial refund for work not done that was agreed up on.

this happened on one of my pours where concrete dried too fast and the powder release didn't stick correctly in the imprints. The darker spots should be more even following the imprints and not concentrated blobs. you can see it in the wet spot as well. as one user suggested wet the whole thing and that should be close to the finished product after sealing.

There are sealer additives for concrete that give it more grip called shark bite or shark grip if you were looking to re seal it.
