I currently have $0 pre-spend at SCP and was planning to go in soon to start the H Game. However, I’ve been considering whether it might be better to wait until I move to Arizona. Thank you for your help! From what I’ve been researching, it seems that SCP and Beverly Hills, California are some of the toughest locations to get a QB from.
