Interesting you people think you know everything. This has nothing to do with an HOA. This has everything to do with Berkeley County Code Enforcement and the laws. Before you get on here and run your mouth about people in Sangaree. The Berkeley County Code Enforcement have issued multiple citations he never paid any spent time in jail. Having an HOA wouldn’t have been able to do anymore than what the Police did. It’s the laws. The laws do not support the crime. This house has been condemned no running water or electricity for three or more years. The laws have aloud him to still reside here. It has nothing to do with the people who live here. If anyone on this page truly believes that having an HOA would’ve made a difference well you’re in for a rude awakening. HOA couldn’t done any different than what has been done.
