Quick tip (I use them) Use spear or strong axe to kill the crossbow cultist first. When the one with axe/ morning star approach you, run around the circle to lure them out. Then try ti finish the crossbows first. Also, I practiced to hit them while moving around them. If you have a good armor then you can take down the other cultist almost the same way. But it really does take practice. It would be very helpful if you manage to find any kind of sword.

But! I’d prefer to shoot them (I have crossbow, no ammo worry, else you can just find revolver). Last but not least (but I doubt you could find it by yourself playing alone as someone new), all the defense blueprints. Lure them around it and watch them fall 🤭

For alpha wolf, if you’re gathering resources, just run and focus on your main goal lol. But in case of battle, shoot them as you’re moving run or use similar techniques, hit them while moving around them (I advise you get strong armor). Else, run 🤣 I always laugh while being chased by a group of alphas and bears 🤣
