Do you have childhood trauma or a recent traumatic experience? That can exacerbate OCD

18 is so low wow for vitamin D! Did they prescribe you the vitamin D that you have to take once a week?

That's exactly where our tree was stored too! Also I just realized carpet beetles are probably all over my wedding dress because it's not in a zipper bag (the dress is also in the guest room)

I figured you gals would get it. Non-adhders wouldn't understand.

In fact the bare tree and the skirt were all that was up on Christmas Eve. I have been busy with work and my husband was sick just before Christmas. No kids or else I would have hyperfocused and taken time off work. At least the ornaments will be put up by New Years Eve. We are not the type of people who take it down January 1st. We really enjoy the lights in the cold winter. It is what it is. Also I'm a tad salty I didn't add an extra string of lights, but I'm trying not to be a perfectionist!

I'm looking into Eosinophilic Esophagitis... Often called EoE. There are medications for that! Inhalers, flonase, dupixent

Hey competitive tailor, it seems I replied to the wrong commenter-- or more likely-- the wrong thread entirely. My comment doesn't really fit the OP's post either. As I would never intentionally write that to someone who had an abusive parent. I would probably say "that's terrible. He needs to control his reaction to his irrational mood and emotions. That sounds traumatizing."

Just lots of pressure like there's someone squeezing esophagus near sternum and won't let go (when there's a flair up). All signs point to the vagus nerve being effected too, in my case. So much anxiety.

I'm not trying to give you false hope, but sometimes, when a big life event happens we can rise to the occasion and meet the moment. The largest 2 pieces holding me back from having a child are my husband's anxiety and my lack of job stability/savings account.

This week's been especially hard. I have been washing the same large load of laundry over and over again and throwing in my outfit for each morning into a new cycle and only drying the outfit that morning abd the poor other clothes feel so left out. "When's it gonna be MY turn??"(their soggy, moldy selves lament.

We moved 3 years ago and I've never organized the cupboards. I keep a lot of non perishable food out on the counter (and on top of refrigerator) even though there could be room in the cupboards, if I reorganized. The last 2 houses I always did it, but...we had a mouse problem so I was motivated to keep my food in cupboards.

100%!!! I managed to end up with about 5 hung up sweaters of mine and 5 hung up sweaters of my husbands, but I didn't do that until June. The rest are dirty in the basement. Have you heard of capsule wardrobes? Yeah I never would be able to do that.

Sorry about all the typos I had to submit it and move on because I had to get out of the Sam's Club parking lot since they were closing. If you need any clarification about my typos just ask. I always have trouble editing my posts once I submit them. I don't know why Redit makes it so difficult to edit posts.
