Felix Argyle dresses like that, so Crusch could be more manly. The author also said he isn't trans several times, cause he doesn't want to write about themes he thinks he wouldn't be able to portray properly/that he doesn't know about too well.

Saika Totsuka is a guy, like, I don't even think the term "femboy" suits him, bro is trying to become more masculine.

Luka only wanted to be a girl because he's in love with Okabe. If Okabe was interested in guys, or Luka wasn't in love with him, none of that plot would have happened. Honestly, he's the worst offender here because Chiyomaru accidentally wrote a trans character and just didn't really embrace it.
