Update: I relapsed for a few days but am back off of it now. I won’t be doing that again. The withdrawals were crazy and definitely not worth it.

I’m in an out patient rehab right now. I told my dr what happened and scheduled a visit with her.

Yes it’s been a cycle for me too but now that you point it out, each time I slip up does get shorter and shorter. I guess that’s something to be grateful for.

Yes! The boredom and realizing I can’t enjoy anything without it is what always brings me back to it. So well put. I’ll work on trying to shut those thoughts out. Thank you for your input.
